形态描述
体圆筒形，宽高约等。头胸部腹面平，后部侧扁。头平扁。口小，口前具吻须。吻褶分3叶，叶端味道。吻须2对，口角须1对。下唇肉质，边缘具小乳突。鳃裂大，扩展到头腹面。体被细鳞。胸鳍平展，不达腹鳍；背腹鳍几相对；腹鳍分离；臀鳍后位；属鳍凹形。头背部具黑色小圆斑。
生物学
This gastromyzonine fish is found in the Zhujiang River and the Nanliujiang River. Body elongate and cylindric, mouth small, barbels 6, lower lip fleshy with papillae. It inhabits the babbling bottom of the mountain streams. A small fish, the body length is about 40-80 mm.
